Quick Troubleshooting

+ No channels showing up?
Check that the server URL, username and password are entered correctly. Watch out for trailing spaces in your details.
+ Picture freezing or buffering?
Switch to the Backup Server. If it keeps buffering, install a VPN (e.g. Surfshark or NordVPN) and reconnect.
+ Connection failing?
Your ISP may be blocking IPTV connections. Install a VPN and try again.
+ Trial expired?
Your 24-hour access is over. Pick a plan now and keep watching with no limits.
